We are pleased to share that on 17.02.2023 the team of the law firm attended a scientific forum on the topic “Protection of intellectual property rights – infringements, place and role of the law enforcement system”, which was held at the Institute of Intellectual Property and Technological transfer. The scientific forum is organized by the Department of “Intellectual Property and Technological Transfer” of the UNWE. The event was attended by representatives of academic circles and specialists in the field of intellectual property and the types of violations, the legal grounds for prosecuting the infringements, and the possibilities for protection in case of infringed rights were discussed on objects of intellectual property, as well as various legal and other protection mechanisms in case of infringement of intellectual property rights.
