On April 27, 2026, from 10:00 to 14:00, the Institute of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer (IITTT) at the UNWE celebrated the 35th anniversary of the Department of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer and World Intellectual Property Day with a large-scale program. The event was attended by lecturers from leading creative and technological industries (radio, television, cinema, gaming, publishing, folklore and technology), as well as specialists in the field of intellectual property, as well as students. Our office is a partner of the Institute of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer (IITTT) at the UNWE and the founder of our office, attorney Krasimira Kadieva, also attended the event. The program was organized in three formats:
- Thematic exhibition of technological developments provided by Bulgarian companies;.
- Presentation panel with speakers from leading creative and technological industries, covering the following topics:
- Cultural heritage of Bulgaria;
- Folklore, traditions, customs;
- State of craftsmanship in Bulgaria;
- National Polytechnic Museum – the technical heritage of Bulgaria;
- Patent protection;
- Why and how to protect our trademark?;
- Invention in the practice of Antarta AD;
- Invention in the practice of Giga Automata OOD;
- Invention in the practice of Bee Smart Technologies AD;
- State of the publishing business;
- Radio industry – development and challenges;
- Film industry;
- Development of the Bulgarian gaming industry.
