Upcoming events in the field of intellectual property

In the next one month, several extremely interesting events in the area of ​​intellectual property are to be held, namely:

1. On October 24, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., a webinar on “Absolute and Relative Grounds for Refusal of Trademark Registration” organized by the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria will be held.
2. On October 25, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., a webinar will be held on the topic “Complementary goods and services (relative grounds for refusal of trademark registration)” organized by the Center for the Training of Lawyers – Krastyu Tsonchev” jointly with the Sofia Bar Association.
3. On October 31 (Thursday), from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Central Patent Library of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, a Round Table will be held on the topic: “Frauds on the Internet – the new pandemic” organized by the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, The Consumer Protection Commission and the European Consumer Center – Bulgaria.
4. In the period 12-14 November 2024, the World Intellectual Property Organization will hold a workshop on arbitration and mediation.
