The European Union Intellectual Property Office has launched eRegister

April 06, 2021

One year after the launch of the beta version, the European Union Intellectual Property Office has launched the eRegister. eRegister is an embedded functionality of eSearch plus and provides information on EU trademark entries and registered Community designs and allows users to see what information has been changed when it has been changed and why it has changed about the chosen trademark or industrial design. With eRegister it is much easier to understand the changes that are recorded for the respective trademark or design, such as registration, transfer, renewal, entry of licenses, and others. The history of each trademark, as well as the relevant changes (transfers, licenses, restrictions on goods and services, etc.), can be downloaded free of charge as certified copies.
