From 1.06.2020 new electronic services are introduced in the Portal for electronic services of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, which are related to the possibility to submit electronic requests for registration of transfer, change of name and/or address, license agreement, special pledge, security and inclusion in the bankruptcy estate of patents for inventions, utility models and European patents with effect on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. All these services are available through the Portal for electronic services, and to request them a qualified electronic signature is required.
