Europan Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) warns of misleading invoices

The Europan Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has published information on its website about misleading decisions that are being sent to applicants of European Union trademarks, in which decisions the applicants are requested to pay a registration fee for the EU trademarks. The logo, name, and letterhead of the EUIPO have been used in the misleading decision.
