As of December 12, 2017, a modified Tariff for Fees, which are collected by the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria has come into force. With the modified Tariff, the amount of 63 fees collected by the Patent Office has been reduced. The Tariff was adopted by Decree №271 of December 8, 2017. The amendments to the Tariff of Fees aim to reduce the administrative burden on businesses and citizens.
