On September 26, 2017, a seminar on “Trademark’s registration and opposition proceedings. Litigation. Comparison between national and European Union trademark” was held, which was organized by Krastyu Tsonchev Lawyers Training Center. In order to deliver quality services Krasimira Kadieva, who is an IP lawyer in Bulgaria, attended the seminar, which was also attended by many colleagues – specialists in the field of intellectual property. The attendees were provided with useful materials containing case-law and the following topics were discussed during the event: “Trademark Protection – Practice of the Court of Justice of the European Union”; “Trademark’s registration and opposition proceedings.
