A Decree of the Council of Ministers has been promulgated in issue 64 from 08.08.2017 of the State Gazette, which adopted a new Ordinance for industrial property representatives. Under the new Ordinance, industrial property representatives have the right to pursue the profession in form of a partnership. A special public register of affiliate associations will be created for this purpose.
