Krasimira Kadieva attended a webinar on the new EU trademark Regulation organized by Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), entitled “Questions and Answers on the new EU trade mark Regulation: Changes entering into force within 90 days of publication.”

In order to deliver high-quality services Krasimira Kadieva, who is a Bulgarian intellectual property attorney, attended on February 2, 2016, a very interesting and useful webinar organized by OHIM on the new EU trademark Regulation 2015/2424 of the European Parliament and the Council, entitled “Questions and Answers on the new EU trademark Regulation: Changes entering into force within 90 days of publication”. The new Regulation will enter into force on March 23, 2016.

Experts answered numerous questions, which were submitted before the webinar. The topics that were covered during the two-hour live webinar are related to Proceedings, Goods and Services, Absolute Grounds, Relative Grounds, the Register, and Appeals.
