In June 2020, we were contacted by a client who a few years ago assigned us the registration of four trademarks. This time the client assigned us the registration of two industrial designs for ceiling panels (class 25.02 of the Locarno classification), which shall have an effect on the territory of all member states of the European Union. Therefore, the designs shall be registered as Community designs at the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). After the client provided us with the necessary information and images of the designs, we proceeded with the filing of the application for registration of the designs and payment of the state fees. After a few days, the designs were registered and published, with which we completed this project. We have provided the client with the certificates for registration of the designs.
