In June 2020, we were contacted by a client who a few months ago commissioned us to implement Regulation (EU) 679/2016 legally. This time our client contacted us in connection with the preparation of the necessary documents for doing business on the Internet (Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, General Terms of Use of the e-shop, as well as a form for exercising the right to return the purchased goods), as our client develops an e-shop for the sale of workwear. The documents should be prepared in the Bulgarian language only. The client provided us with access to the e-shop, as well as comprehensive information on the delivery terms of purchased goods, delivery price, and more. We were able to prepare the documents, that contain all the necessary information that should be provided in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. The documents prepared by us for doing business on the Internet were approved by our client, who published them on the website, with which we successfully completed this interesting project.
