In May 2020, our client, who is the owner of an e-shop platform, commissioned us to prepare a Privacy Policy and a Cookie Policy for the platform in Bulgarian. The client provided us with the necessary information, as well as access to the platform so that we could prepare the documents. The documents drafted by us were approved by the client, with which we completed this project, and the Privacy Policy contains all the required information that should be included in the document and provided to data subjects under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016. The Cookies policy contains a definition of cookies, the types of cookies, how long the information is stored, the ways to control and delete cookies, etc.
