In April 2020, we were contacted by a new client who is the owner of a physical and online store for selling flowers and gifts. Due to the fact that the online store of our client has undergone a complete redesign, the client hired to us to prepare the full set of documents for doing business on the Internet, namely: Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, General Terms of Use of the e-shop, as well as a form for exercising the right to return purchased goods. The client provided us with access to the online store, as well as comprehensive information on the delivery times of the purchased goods, the price for delivery, etc. As the online store also has an English version, the documents should be prepared in both Bulgarian and English. An important feature, in this case, is that for the ordered flowers the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period provided by the Consumer Protection Act can not be exercised, as these goods fall within the scope of Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, while for the purchased gifts (vases, accessories, etc.) the user can exercise his right of withdrawal. All these peculiarities were described in the General Terms of Use of the e-shop prepared by us. The documents prepared by us for carrying out commercial activity on the Internet were approved by our client, who published them on the website, with which we successfully completed this interesting project.
