In May 2020 we were contacted by a client with whom we have been working on various projects for the last year. The client assigned us the preparation of an advertising agreement, as he wants to settle his legal relationship with the persons who will advertise the products he produces. We were provided with comprehensive information about the clauses that our client wishes to be included in the agreement, which facilitated its preparation. We managed to prepare a comprehensive agreement that would regulate the legal relations between the parties, which agreement was approved by our client. The advertising agreement contains clauses about the subject matter of the agreement, remuneration, and method of payment, rights, and obligations of the parties, independent contractor status, confidentiality, force majeure, termination and penalties, final provisions.
