In April 2020, we were contacted by a client who hired us to prepare a services agreement in English. The client provides hosting services and the agreement should be prepared in order to regulate the relations between the client and his clients regarding the provided services. The client provided us with all the information that we need to prepare the agreement. We have been able to draft a comprehensive assignment agreement that contains clauses regarding: identification of parties; term; remuneration and method of payment; rights and obligations of the Assignor; rights and obligations of the Assignee; independent contractor status; confidentiality; termination of the agreement and penalties; final provisions. The agreement was accepted and approved by the client, with which we successfully completed the project.
