In May 2020, we were contacted by a client with whom we have worked on a number of projects over the past few years. This time the client assigned us the preparation of a services agreement, with which to settle the legal relationship with the other party. Our client is the Assignor and the other party of the agreement is the Assignee. The client provided us with detailed information about the clauses to be included in the agreement. We managed to prepare the agreement within the agreed time and sent it to our client, who approved it. The agreement we have prepared contains clauses on the subject matter of the agreement, term, remuneration and method of payment, rights, and obligations of the Assignor, rights, and obligations of the Assignee, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, termination of the agreement, penalties, final provisions. We are glad that we managed to help our client to settle his contractual relationship with the other party of the agreement.
