In April 2020, we were contacted by a client for whom we have drafted various agreements in the last three years. This time the client contacted us again in connection with the preparation of an agreement: a cooperation agreement in English. Our client had prepared a complete description of the clauses he wishes to be included in the agreement in order to regulate the legal relations between the two parties. Thanks to the comprehensive information provided by our client we were able to prepare an agreement that was approved by the client and contains clauses about the subject matter of the agreement, remuneration and method of payment, rights, and obligations of the parties, confidentiality, termination, penalties, force majeure, final provisions.
