In April 2020, a client contacted us, with whom we have worked on several other projects over the last two years. This time, our client has developed an online store for the sale of cosmetics and commissioned us to prepare documents for doing business on the Internet in the Bulgarian language, which documents shall be published on the online store, namely: E-commerce Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. The client provided us with access to the e-shop, as well as all the necessary information that we required for the preparation of the documents. The comprehensive documents we have prepared contain all the information that each of the documents should contain and which must be provided to the users of the e-shop by the provider (the owner). After we completed the drafting of the documents, we provided them to our client, who approved and published them, with which we successfully completed this project.
