In March 2020, a client contacted us, with whom a few months ago we have worked on another project. This time the client hired us to draft E-commerce terms and conditions in English. The client provided us with all the necessary information in order to prepare the document.
The E-Commerce Terms and Conditions contain information regarding the identification of the Provider (the owner of the e-shop); characteristics of the online store; registration; orders; pricing and payment terms; order refusal; delivery; claims and refusal of delivery; return of goods; reimbursement of payments; force majeure; rights, obligations, and liability of the Users; rights and obligations of the owner of the online shop; liability; intellectual property rights; links to third-party websites; newsletter subscription; final provisions.
We prepared the document in English within the agreed deadline and sent it to our client, who approved and published it on the website, with which we successfully completed this project.
