In March 2020, a client contacted us, who hired us to draft a cooperation agreement in Bulgarian. The client provided us with the information we requested in order to be able to draw up a comprehensive cooperation agreement that governs the relationship between the parties. The contract we prepared was approved by our client, with which we completed this project. The cooperation agreement contains clauses regarding the subject matter of the agreement, rights and obligations of both parties, remuneration and payment method, independent contractor status, confidentiality, force majeure, term, termination of the agreement, penalties, final provisions.
