In March 2020, a client contacted us, with whom we had previously worked on several projects. The client commissioned us to prepare a notice for termination of breach of a service contract or the so-called „cease and desist letter“. In the cease and desist letter, we have described in detail the factual situation and gave the infringing party of the agreement a two-week period within which to terminate the breach and fulfill the requests specified in the notification. We have indicated that if the infringement has not been suspended within the specified time limit and the requests have not been fulfilled, we will take all legal actions in order to protect the rights of our client.
