In February, we were contacted by a client who owns a national trademark, whose registration expires and should be renewed for a further period of ten years for all goods for which the trademark is registered. The client provided us with the registration number of the trademark, signed the power of attorney that we have prepared, and then we filed the necessary documents at the Patent Office, together with payment of a state fee for renewal of the trademark. After a few days, the registration of the trademark was renewed for a further period of ten years. We have provided a proof for the renewal of the trademark to our client, as well as an e-book containing useful articles about trademarks.
