In January 2020, we were contacted by a client to whom, about two years ago, we have prepared the full set of documents for compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This time, our client contacted us because he has developed two mobile applications that will be offered through Google Play. This is why the client hired us to prepare two Privacy Policies for each of the mobile apps. The client provided us with all the information that we need in order to prepare the documents. We drafted the two Privacy Policies for mobile applications that contain all the information that shall be provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, within the deadline. We have sent the documents to our client, who reviewed them and approved them, with which we successfully completed this project.
