In February 2020, a client contacted us and hired us to conduct a trademark clearance of a wordmark for services that fall into Class 35 of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services. Our client intends to register a European Union trademark. After the client provided us with the necessary information, we conducted the trademark clearance and it turned out that no risks of opposition were identified. We have described the results of the trademark clearance in a written legal opinion and provided it to the client with which we completed this project.
