In November 2019, we were contacted by a client with whom we have worked on a number of projects over the last two years, including implementing the GDPR, registration of a trademark, drafting of documents for doing business on the Internet, drafting of contracts, etc. This time the client commissioned us to register eight industrial designs that will have an effect on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Therefore, the designs are national designs and should be registered at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria. After the client provided us with the necessary information and images of the designs, we proceeded with the filing of the application for registration of the designs and payment of the state fees. After about a month the designs were registered, with which we completed this project.
