In October 2019, a client with whom we have worked on a number of projects over the past few years contacted us. This project involved the recordal of the transfer of an application for registration of a European Union trademark, which has been filed for registration for goods in four classes of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services. The proceeding is before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). The transfer should be by sale for all the goods specified in the application for registration of the trademark. After we prepared the necessary documents, we submitted them to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). After a few days, the transfer of the application for registration of the European Union trademark was successfully recorded, with which we completed this project.
