In October 2019, we were contacted by a client who has hired us over the past few years to work on different projects regarding the drafting of contracts and protection of intellectual property rights. This time, the client hired us to register two designs that shall have an effect on the territory of all EU Member States. Therefore, the designs shall be registered as Community designs at the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). After the client provided us with the necessary information and images of the designs, we proceeded with the filing of the application for registration of the designs and payment of the state fees. After a few days, the designs were registered and published, with which we completed this project. We have provided the client with the certificates for registration of the designs.
