In November 2019, we were contacted by a client with whom we have worked on several projects over the last year and this time our client hired us to record changes in the circumstances of a company, namely: change of the name, seat and registered address and scope of activity. The client provided us with all the necessary information to enable us to prepare the documents. We prepared the documents and filed them at the Commercial Register electronically. After a few days, the application was processed and the changes were recorded successfully.
