In September 2019 we were contacted by a client with whom we have worked on various projects over the past few years. The client instructed us to record the transfer of a trademark of which he is the proprietor at the Patent Office for all the goods for which the mark is registered. We prepared the necessary documents and filed them at the Patent Office, after which we paid the state fee for the transfer of the mark. After about a week, the transfer of the trademark was successfully recorded. We have provided to the client the certificate issued by the Patent Office reflecting the entry, with which we have successfully completed this project.
