In November 2019, a client contacted us, with whom we have worked on several projects in recent years, and this time hired us to draft a Privacy Policy, a Cookies Policy and E-Commerce Terms and Conditions in Bulgarian and English, which will be published on the client’s online store, as the store has a bilingual version. The client assisted us fully by providing us with all the necessary information on the basis of which we were able to mark the contents of the documents, and then began to prepare the mentioned documents.

The Cookies policy that we have prepared contains the following information, namely: what are cookies and how are cookies used; what is the purpose of cookies; types of cookies and cookies, which the operator of the website uses; purpose; how long is the information kept; how to control and delete cookies; changes to the Cookies policy.
The E-Commerce Terms and Conditions contain information regarding the identification of the Provider (the owner of the e-shop); characteristics of the online store; registration; orders; pricing and payment terms; order refusal; delivery; claims and refusal of delivery; return of goods; reimbursement of payments; force majeure; rights, obligations, and liability of the Users; rights and obligations of the owner of the online shop; liability; intellectual property rights; links to third-party websites; newsletter subscription; final provisions.
We prepared the documents within the agreed deadline and sent them to our client, who approved and published them on the website, with which we successfully completed this project.
