In September 2019, a client contacted us, with whom we have worked on a number of projects over the last few years. The client instructed us to record the transfer of a trademark which is registered for goods in classes 5, 29, 30 and 32 of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services. The trademark will be sold and the transfer shall be recorded for all goods in the registration. After we prepared the necessary documents, we filed them at the Patent Office and paid the state fee. After about a week, the transfer of the national trademark was recorded successfully, and we have successfully completed this project: transfer of the trademark through a sale.
