In September 2019, a client with whom we have worked on a number of projects over the last two years contacted us. The client instructed us to record a transfer of an international trademark which is registered for four classes of goods and services of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services. The transfer should be for all goods for which the mark is registered, as well as for all countries in which the mark is registered. After we prepared the necessary documents, we filed them into the World Intellectual Property Organization and paid the state fee. After about a month, the transfer of the international trademark was successfully recorded, with which we completed this project: the transfer of an international trademark through sale.
