In October 2019, we were contacted by a client who is a typeface designer that develops fonts for mobile applications and websites. The client hired us to prepare three font software End User License Agreements in English, as for this purpose we were provided with comprehensive information that the client wishes to be included in the Agreements so that the subsequent legal relationships between the client and the future font Users to be fully settled.
Each of the font software End User License Agreements contains information about:

- Rights reserved;
- Restrictions on use;
- Orders and payment terms;
- Changes to the Licensed Software and pricing;
- Intellectual property;
- Transfer of rights prohibited;
- Disclaimer of liability;

- Relationship of the parties;
- Final provisions.
Furthermore, our client carries out the activity of offering the fonts on the Internet, as in this connection we have been commissioned to prepare documents for doing business on the Internet, in particular: Terms and Conditions for the use of a website, Privacy policy and Cookies policy, which documents had to be prepared in English.
The Privacy Policy contains all the information that must be provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, such as: the identification of the Data Controller; the principles relating to processing of personal data; the purposes of personal data processing; the personal data collected and processed by the Controller; the rights of individuals; the period for which the personal data will be stored; etc.
The Cookies Policy, for its part, contains the following information, namely: what are cookies and how are cookies used; what is the purpose of cookies; types of cookies and cookies, which the provider of the website uses; purpose; how long is the information kept; how to control and delete cookies; changes to the Cookies policy.
The Terms and Conditions for Use of the website provide information about:
- Identification of the Provider;
- Subject matter of the Terms and Conditions;
- Characteristics of the Website;
- The conditions under which an account on the website is registered;
- Way of ordering of products;
- Pricing and payment terms;
- Force majeure;
- Rights, obligations and liability of Users of the website;
- Rights and obligations of the Provider;
- Personal data protection;
- Exemption from liability;
- Links to third party websites;
- Newsletter subscription;
- Intellectual property rights;
- Final provisions.
We were able to prepare the aforementioned documents within the agreed deadline. The documents were sent and approved by the client with which we successfully completed this project.
