In July 2019, the one-year subscription period for a trademark monitoring for our client, with whom we have worked on a number of projects, has expired. The client instructed us to renew the monitoring of the mark for another year, in order to be able to organize the submission of an opposition in a timely manner, in case an application for registration of an identical or similar mark has been filed. The monitoring we do for our client’s mark is global (worldwide). Every week we receive reports containing all similar trademarks that have been filed for registration together with the following information: applicant’s name; an image of the mark; goods and services; the office where the trademark has been filed for registration; the deadline for submission of an opposition. Thanks to this, we are able to provide an extremely complete trademark monitoring service to our client.
