In July 2019, we were contacted by a client with whom we have worked on various projects over the last five years and the client commissioned us to prepare the necessary documentation in order for a transfer of shares of a company to be recorded in the Commercial Register. The client provided us with the necessary information, and thus we prepared all the documents, organized the general assembly of the partners, after which the necessary certification before a notary was made, paid the state fees, and entered all the documents prepared by us in the Commercial Register. After a few days, the transfer of shares was successfully recorded.
