In July 2019, a client contacted us who commissioned us to prepare an agreement for the production of videos in English. The client provided us with all the necessary information for the preparation of the agreement, which is why we were able to prepare the document within the agreed time between the parties in English and to provide it to the client who approved it, and thus we completed this project. The agreement that we have drafted contains clauses on the identification of the parties, subject matter of the agreement, term, remuneration and method of payment, rights and obligations of the assignor, rights, and obligations of the assignee, confidentiality clauses, independent contractor status, intellectual property rights, termination of the agreement, penalties, force majeure, final provisions.
