In April 2019 a client with whom we have worked on a number of projects over the past few years contacted us. The client instructed us to record the transfer of a trademark which is registered for goods in Classes 5, 29 and 30 of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services. After we prepared the necessary documents, we filed them at the Patent Office and paid the official fee. Within a few days, the transfer of the national trademark was successfully recorded, with which we have successfully completed the recordal of transfer of the trademark of our client.
