In January 2019 a client contacted us, who hired us to register a single-member limited liability company. The client provided us with all the necessary information regarding the preparation of the company’s founding documents. We prepared the full set of documents, paid the state fee, the client brought the capital, the specimen was certified by a notary and we entered all the necessary documents in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency.
