In February 2019 we were contacted by a client, with whom we have worked on a few other projects. The client had changed the seat and registered address of his company. He hired us to prepare the necessary documents in order for the circumstances of the change in the seat and the registered address of his company to be recorded in the Commercial Register. Our team has prepared all the required documents that need to be filed and has provided its full support to our client. We filed the documents electronically and after a few days, the change was successfully recorded.
