In February 2019 a client, with whom we had previously worked on some other projects contacted us. Our client has developed an online platform and hired us to draft a Privacy Policy, a Cookies Policy and Terms of Use of the Platform. The client provided us with full assistance by giving us access to the platform as well as the whole information we requested in order to be able to prepare the documents.
The Privacy Policy we have prepared is fully compliant with the requirements of Article 13 of Regulation (EC) 2016/679. Furthermore, our Cookies policy provides a definition of cookies and how they are used, what are the types of cookies, how long is the information kept and how to control and delete cookies. The comprehensive Terms of Use of the Website provide information to Users about the provider of the platform, the characteristics of the platform, clauses regarding the rights and obligations of the Users of the website, clauses about the rights and obligations of the Provider, intellectual property rights, and other terms. We were able to prepare all the documents within the agreed time limit and provide them to the client, with which we have successfully completed this project.
