In October 2018 a client with whom we had previously worked on other projects contact us. Our client is a proprietor of a European Union trademark that is valid for the territory of all the Member States of the European Union. Since our client has made a change in the name of the company that is a proprietor of the European Union trademark, this change shall be recorded. The client hired us to record the change of the name. We have successfully recorded the change in the name of the proprietor of the EUTM and also we provided to the client a document proving the recorded change.
