In September 2018 a client with whom we had previously worked on other projects contacted us. Our client is a proprietor of a registered international trademark before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Since our client has made a change in the name of the company that is a proprietor of the trademark, this change shall be recorded at the WIPO. The client hired us to record the change of the name. After we prepared all the necessary documents for the successful entry of the change, we filed them at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and paid the state fee. The change of the name of the proprietor of the international trademark was successfully recorded in October 2018. Finally, we provided the client with a document certifying the successful entry of the change of the name of the proprietor of the international trademark.
