In November 2018, a client, with whom we have previously worked on several other projects contacted us. Our client is the holder of an international trademark that is registered with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The trademark owner is a legal entity and a change has been made in the name and the registered address of the company, which is the proprietor of the international trademark. The client instructed us to prepare the necessary documents to record the change in the trademark. We prepared all the documents for recording the entry in the name and address, we paid the state fee and submitted the documents to WIPO. Two months later (at the end of January 2019) the change was successfully recorded. We have provided the client with proof of the change and with this we have successfully completed this project.
