In October 2018, a client who has filed an application for registration of a national trademark before the Patent Office of Republic of Bulgaria contacted us. The client has changed his name and address and instructed us to register the change in order to fulfill the requirements of article 40 of the Law on Marks and Geographical Indications. We have prepared the necessary documents, paid the state fee, and filed the documents with the Patent Office. Within a few days, the change was successfully entered. We have provided a certificate to the client of the change made.
