In November 2018, a client contacted us and hired us to provide training on the basic data protection issues laid down in Regulation (EC) 2016/679, which entered into force on 25 May 2018. The questions we drew attention to during the training are related to – the legal framework; – what are personal data; – personal data that shall not be processed; – principles of processing of personal data; – analysis of the processing of personal data; – deadlines for storing documents; – deletion of personal data; – personal data policies – technical and organizational measures; – how to protect the computer and other issues. The client was given the opportunity to ask questions to which we answered. We also provided in electronic format and on paper a specially prepared for the training manual that contains the topics that were discussed during the training.
