In 2016, we were contacted by an application developer who has previously worked with us on another project. The client instructed us to prepare all the necessary documents to be able to register as a data controller before the Commission for Personal Data Protection. We have explained to the client the essence of the registration procedure and have drafted the necessary documents to be filed before the Commission, namely: filing an application for registration of a data controller of a legal entity; filling of forms on the registers kept by the controller, namely: “Staff” and “Contractors” register. In addition, we prepared an Instruction on the protection of personal data under Ordinance No. 1 of 30 January 2013 for the minimum level of technical and organizational measures and the allowed type of personal data protection.
