In October 2018, we were contacted by a client, who instructed us to update a contract, as well as a power of attorney in Bulgarian and English. We agreed with the client what contractual clauses he wishes to be added in the contract and the power of attorney and we drafted the clauses according to the requirements of the client and in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force, adding them to the relevant places in the Bulgarian and English versions of the contract and the power of attorney.
