In June 2016, a client to whom we have successfully registered two trademarks contacted us. The client hired us to record the transfer of his trademark through sale, which is registered for goods in Classes 6, 8, 11, 14, 20, 21 of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services. The transfer had to be done for all goods indicated in the registration. We acquainted the client with the nature of the procedure and prepared the necessary documents. We submitted the documents before the Patent Office and paid the state fee. Within a few days, the transfer of the national trademark was successfully recorded and we received a certificate certifying the transfer which we handed to the client and with that successfully completed the recordal of the transfer.
