In October 2018, we were contacted by a client who is the proprietor of a national trademark that expires shortly. The client hired us to renew the trademark, as our client wishes to continue to use his trademark and have exclusive rights over it. The trademark is registered for goods in Classes 28, 30 and 31 of the International Classification of Goods and Services. The client wishes to renew the trademark for all goods in the registration. We prepared the necessary documents, filed them at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and paid the state renewal fee. In a few days, the trademark was successfully renewed for a further period of ten years. Finally, we provided the client with a certificate certifying the renewal.
